What’s new?

From Wednesday 22nd August we will have a new name, a new menu and a new style of decor.

Why the change?

New Name: We want our venue to be a hub of the local community; offering a variety of menu options to attract a wide range of customers.

New Menu: We have a new kitchen team who are full of ideas and enthusiasm and have developed an exciting menu for our customers to enjoy.

New Style: Customer feedback told us that our venue felt a little “cold” so we will be working on bringing you a warmer and more intimate decor over the coming months.

Will it still be British?

In order to attract a wider range of customers we have varied the menu; but don’t worry, we still have a number of your British favourites and will continue to prepare dishes the traditional British way.

Where can I view the menu?

The menu will be available in store and online from Wednesday 22nd August

Will you still accept my Entertainment Voucher, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Card or Coupon?

Yes; we are under the same ownership, but new management, therefore, we will continue to accept British Bistro vouchers in accordance with the current terms and conditions of the voucher.

I have tickets to the Wizard’s Feast, is the event still happening?

Yes, all our events are continuing as planned.

I have a booking after the changes come into place, do I need to re-book?

No, all bookings continue to be in place

What other changes do I need to be aware of?

BYO: This will no longer be available from Wednesday 22nd August. We will be introducing a new range of wines and craft beer to complement our menu.

Offers: All current offers will cease (except for events and Father’s Day). We will inform you of our new promotions and offers as and when they arise.

Ordering: We may switch between counter service and table service depending on time of day. We will tell you about this in advance to avoid confusion

Opening Hours: Will remain the same at the moment but we might open on a Monday night and we will inform you of this closer to the time.
